Cultivating compassion for self and others
Dr. Zebrasky's Doctoral dissertation topic was the creation of a compassion training curriculum for health care providers. An extensive amount of research has illustrated the benefit for patients, practitioners and institutions. She has adapted this training for the general population. The course covers research looking at the effectiveness of incorporating a compassionate mindset into daily living, along with specific compassion training skills and practices. This course is 6 weeks, beginning on April 26 and ending on May 31. Class time is 6:30-7:30 pm. The course fee is $120.

Meditation instruction
Dr. Zebrasky became interested in meditation as a tool to improve
health and wellness in 1997, and became a student of many well respected and highly accomplished meditation teachers. She has been providing meditation instruction for 20 years in a variety of settings and teaches all levels of students.
